Leadership Team:
Paul Jensen, Pastor
Philippians 3:7-11
“But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. “
Paul and His wife, Andrea, have been serving at KPBF since May 2021. They delight in serving both the congregation and the Key Peninsula community. Before coming to KPBF they lived in China for over 12 years, serving the Chinese Christian church. Now living in the PNW, Paul and Andrea enjoy the ethnic diversity and natural beauty of the region. Pastor Paul’s spiritual gifts are teaching and expository preaching. Andrea has the gift of serving others, sharing kindness and words of wisdom.
Rick Krum, Awana Commander, Worship Leader, Deacon
Isaiah 40:28-31 (NLT)
“Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”
Rick and his wife, Kayleen, have served at Key Peninsula Baptist Fellowship since it’s founding in 1994. Their Ministry is serving in the KPBF Awana Club as Ministry Directors and Puget Sound Games Event Coordinators. Kayleen also serves as Treasurer, Church Pianist along with Rick who also serves as Worship Leader. “Christ must be first in all we do, for our own strength will fail us, but as we trust and keep our hearts focused on our Great God and Savior, He will renew our strength and through His power we will be able to glorify Him.” Rick is retired US Navy Chief, Submarine Service and Kayleen is an Accounting Manager with World Vision, US. They are proud parents of an inspiring young lady, Elisabeth!
